Importance of Health


Health is the most important thing of human beings. Health is our wealth. A healthy man can work harder and better. He always looks happy. He is liked by all. He can earn a lot of money by working hard. He never loses his hope. Instead, he faces the difficulties with courage. A healthy man can enjoy his life. He is free to go anywhere. He is also free to eat anything. A healthy person can progress a lot in his life. He can struggle to make his life bright in future. He is always ready to do anything.
   Health is one of important aspects for the development of the country. A country’s development depends on the health of its people. Whether people are educated or not they can develop their country unless they are healthy. If people are healthy, they can play an important role for the development of the country.

Unhealthy people are only the burden for the country. They cannot enjoy their lives. They are only the spectators for everything. They always think of their ill health. They cannot enjoy their property. They are always sad and hopeless. They are like helpless. They need other people’s help for survival. They are unable to do anything.

There are many important factors which help to keep our health in good condition. The first and most important factor is cleanliness. We should have regular bath. We must keep our surroundings neat and clean. We should not throw the garbage everywhere. Our clothes should be washed regularly. The second important factor is balanced diet. We should eat balanced diet like fruits green vegetables, meat, fish, milk etc. we should wash our hands before we eat. If we drink clean water we can be free from many kinds of diseases. Another important factor is physical exercise we should do physical exercise regularly to be healthy. We have to walk on foot for some time especially in the morning and evening. We have need to paly different types of games. Over exercise and work are not good for our health. So we should work and do exercise but not too much. We should sleep and get up in time. We should have rest and entertainment. We should drink a lot of clean drinking water.


         Many people are poor and ignorant. They don’t know the value of health. They don’t know how to stay healthy. So they should be given proper education on health.

The Goat

The goat is four footed domestic animal. it is not wild. Its body is covered with thick hair.it has a head with two horns. It is found everywhere in the world. The goats found in the northern part of Nepal are known as chancres. The goats are of two kinds local and improved. The local goats do not give a lot more milk. They are kept for meat. The improved ones give more milk.



The goat is a vegetarian animal. It lives on grass and leaves. It also eats grains. Maize is its favorite food. It is a useful animal. It gives us meat.it meat good for health. It also gives milk. Its milk is good for the sick people. Different kinds of leather goods can be prepared from its leather. Its hair can be used to make many kinds of goods. We should keep goat with care.

The Horse





The horse is a four footed animal. It is a domestic animal. It is not a wild animal. It has a big head. It doesn’t have any horns. It has a long and strong body. Its hoofs are clef. It has as long and bushy tail. It has mane in its neck. It is found everywhere in the world. Grass and leaves are its food. Bamboo leaves are its favorite food.
The horse is a useful animal.it draws cart and ploughs the land. It is used in race. In Nepal horses take part in race during ghode jatra. It is attractive. In the past horses were used as the chief means of transport. The small horses are known as pennies. They are used to carry goods mainly in the hilly regions of the country. The horses are useful in many ways. So we must take care of it.

Social studies: meaning and concept





Social studies is a subject that deals with me, my family, my community, my society, my nation, my world and the universe where I live.
Social studies is a practical and dynamic subject that includes many different areas of study all of which deal with man and his relation to the whole universe. Its objective is to study the collective goals of human beings. This subject serves as the basic foundation of a democratic society where everyone and everything coexist with dignity, respect and honors. The relation of social studies with me as a person with others is given below

The dog is a carnivorous animal. It eats meat bread, rice etc. it likes meat very much. It has sharp teeth.it can chew the bones easily. The dog is found everywhere in the world


       The dog is a useful animal. It guards our house. It barks loudly at night. It doesn’t sleep soundly. The thieves cannot break into the house. The dog can be used for hunting. It can also detect criminals.it is useful to hunters and policeman.it loves its master, mistress and children. It feels unhappy when they are away. Sometimes it goes mad. The mad dogs bite is fatal. The inoculation saves the victim. The dog is a useful servant. So we must take care of it.

Introduction of Essay

An essay is a long piece of composition on a theme or subject on which the writer expresses his own thoughts feelings and ideas. It has a beginning middle and an end. The beginning usually introduces   the subject in general terms. The middle of the essay develops the theme and presents the writer’s thought on it with historical background advantages importance disadvantages existing condition etc.at last there should be suggestion recommendation conclusion of the whole essay.

A student is evaluated by the expression of his own mind. To write a good essays one should have the experience of the world a wide range of study and a habit of writing

How to write an essay?
·         Before you write an essay you should think about the subject on which you are going to write
·         When the idea comes into your mind try to write the points one after another.
·         Number the points in order like which point comes first give the number1……..
·         Cross out those points which are not relevant to the subject
·         If outline or clues have been given you must follow it closely. Use them as the frame/base of your writing.
·         Then start writing essay.one idea or thought should be written in one paragraph.
·         Give facts and figures if you know that will make your writing more valid.
·         Try to reflect your originality/creativity.
·         Make the beginning and ending interesting and natural.
·         You should not think that that the same of difficult words make your writing weighty. You should use simple words and short sentences. Do not use the same words repeatedly.
·         Use the words in which you are familiar. If you are not sure the meaning and correct spellings avoid them.
·         Write grammatically.
·         Your handwriting should be neat and legible.
·         After you have written the essay revise it carefully then correct all mistakes of grammar spellings etc.

Cow

The cow is a having four footed domestic animal. She is not wild animal. She has big head with two horns. She has a long body. Her body is covered with thick hair she has a long tail. She use it to drive away flies
The cows are of different kinds some are big and some are small. The big cows give a lot more milk than the small ones. Some cows in our country are small. They do not give more milk. But the big ones imported from india give more milk. Her main foods are grass hay and grains. She is not carnivorous. She likes maize powder the most. She eats her food in a peculiar way. First she swallows the food in the evening she sits for rest. She brings the food back and chews the food slowly.

The cow is our national animal she has many usefulness. She gives us milk. It is a nourishing food. A baby needs milk to grow up. Ghee butter curds are made from the milk. Her dung is used as fuel. Buttons are made from her bones and hides. Leather goods are from her skin. Her baby is known as calf. The grown up calf is known as an ox. The ox is the friend of farmer. He ploughs the land and draws cart. Her urine is regarded holy. Hindus regard her as goddess. we must take care of her
