The word
physical is taken from the noun body physical exercise mean the exercise of
different parts of our form. It is needed for those people who do psychological,
work. The teachers, doctors, office workers who are engaged in mental works
need Physical exercise. The people who are involved in Physical works do not
need Physical exercise. The different parts of their body are already exercised
while working. The farmer, potters, factory workers do not need Physical
exercise. There are different kinds of Physical exercise. Walking is an easy
one. The others are running, swimming, dancing and different kinds of outdoor
games.
We must take Physical exercise in open air.
The air is fresh in the morning. So it is the best time. We can also take
exercise during evening. It is bad to take Physical exercise after meal. It
damages our health. It is bad to take exercise in excess.
Physical
exercise has many advantages. It makes us healthy and strong. A Physically
healthy man can be mentally healthy. It refreshes our mind. It also provides us
entertainment. The students should be provided suitable environment to take
Physical exercise.
